Every Novaro order is roasted fresh after you place it — no pre-made bags sitting on a shelf. Orders are roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Because every bag is roasted specifically for your order, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. Your coffee will arrive at peak freshness — and that process is worth the wait.

Shipping Methods

On its way to you.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. All orders ship via USPS or UPS. The method is selected based on your order size to ensure your coffee arrives in the best condition.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. If your tracking shows "pre-shipment," your order has been processed and is awaiting carrier pickup — it will update once it's in transit.

Domestic Shipping

All 50 states. Always free.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping is included on every domestic order — no minimum required.

International Shipping

Domestic only for now.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Order Changes

Act fast.

If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately at hello@novarocoffee.com. Once an order has been roasted and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Return Policy

We'll always make it right.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used bags. However, your satisfaction is important to us and we handle every issue on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong item or order error on our end: Email us at hello@novarocoffee.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement and expedite it at no charge to you.

Damaged in shipping or lost in transit: Contact us with your order number and details. We'll work with you to find the best resolution.

Changed your mind: If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out immediately and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is roasted, we're unable to issue a refund.
