Roasted to Order, Shipped With Care
Every Novaro order is roasted fresh after you place it — no pre-made bags sitting on a shelf. Because your coffee is made specifically for you, the process takes a little more time than a typical online order. The result is coffee arriving at your door at peak freshness and flavor.
Processing Time
Orders are roasted and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Because every bag is roasted fresh, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. The freshness of your coffee depends on this process — and it's worth the wait.
Shipping Methods & Speed
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. If your tracking shows "pre-shipment," your order has been processed and is awaiting carrier pickup — it will update once it's in transit.
Total Estimated Delivery
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives, expect approximately 5–10 business days total (processing + shipping). Your coffee is roasted fresh specifically for your order, so it will arrive at peak flavor.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International Shipping
International shipping is available but limited. International orders ship via USPS First Class International. Please note that international shipping costs are higher and delivery times vary by country. International orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery and are non-refundable once shipped.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@novarocoffee.com. Once an order has been roasted and shipped, it cannot be changed.
