Solstice is a single origin Mexican coffee sourced from the highlands of Chiapas, where elevation and climate produce beans with natural sweetness and structure. Roasted to a balanced medium, it delivers a cup that is both bright and grounded.
A light citrus note opens the cup, followed by brown sugar sweetness and a smooth dark chocolate finish that lingers. The result is a coffee that feels complete — layered without being complex, and smooth without losing character.
Versatile across brew methods, Solstice works equally well as a daily drip coffee or a slower weekend pour over.
